Salesforce.com is the leading provider for CRM and cloud computing, also known as SaaS
(Software-as-a-Service). Salesforce CRM includes robust functionality for sales, marketing,
customer service, and partner management, and is augmented by thousands of cloud-
computing business applications available through the online AppExchange, all pre-integrated
with Salesforce CRM.
As a certified Consulting Partner, our work with Salesforce.com includes migrating data,
customizing the system and user interface, creating interfaces to external systems, and
developing Apex code and VisualForce. We've been working with the Salesforce API to
integrate Microsoft Office desktop apps with Salesforce for over 5 years, including complex
interactions, uploading and downloading data and files, etc.
GoldMine
We have supported GoldMine for many years, and it’s still the best on-premise CRM system.
We have implemented the GoldMine CRM system for dozens of clients in a wide variety of
businesses, and have linked GoldMine with Microsoft Access, Visual Basic, and Word to
provide additional functionality for configuration, quoting, forecasting and reporting systems.
FrontRange has introduced new editions and shifted their lineup in the last several years, and
all current editions require a back-end database such as Microsoft SQL Server. We've drawn on
our extensive SQL Server experience to help upgrade clients to GoldMine Premium Edition,
which offers improved relationship management, a new user interface with more flexibility for
customization, a customer service and support module, and other improvements.

We're expert with data management, including data migration and conversion, and have
specific skills with GoldMine to Salesforce migration, including data conversion that
properly handles the differences in data structure between GoldMine and Salesforce
(which are major).
