Background
As a lead developer, Jonathan provides consulting, design, development and support services for most of our installed systems. He has worked on many applications including sales configuration and quoting systems, document management, compliance auditing, and financial portfolio management.
Jonathan has been working with Access since 1995, and has been developing custom functionality and applications nearly as long. He started working with Excel and Word at about the same time, and has been doing serious integration development since 2001. He is skilled at solving complex automation challenges with sophisticated user interfaces and well-structured code.
Jonathan has a high level of expertise with SQL Server; he has developed SQL Server databases, and has migrated/upsized Access databases to SQL Server as well. He has worked with all versions from SQL Server 7 through 2008, and he has developed databases for SQL Server Express and Compact Editions, including a Compact Edition project for the Windows Mobile platform.
Jonathan has developed Access reporting applications against Oracle databases, and has worked with Crystal Reports, Business Objects and SQL Server Reporting Services. He has also worked with Salesforce.com, GoldMine, MS Sharepoint Server, and other leading systems.
In addition to his development knowledge and skills, Jonathan has a broad technical knowledge of computers, networking, servers, web-based systems, and security, and is skilled at system and server management and task automation.
