- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) -
primarily with Salesforce.com (learn more about Salesforce.com CRM Solutions)
and GoldMine. We provide consulting, development, implementation, training and
support services. As a Consulting Partner, our work with Salesforce.com
includes migrating data, customizing the system and user interface, and creating
interfaces to external sales systems. We have implemented the GoldMine CRM
system for a wide variety of clients, and have linked GoldMine with Microsoft
Access, Visual Basic, and Word to provide additional functionality for

- Application integration in Microsoft Windows -
with leading commercial applications, especially Microsoft Office,
including Word, Excel, and Access. We have
integrated Access, Word and GoldMine for systems requiring both data
management and high-quality documents, using Microsoft’s Automation
and DDE technologies.
- Microsoft Office automation - especially with Word and Excel,
including VBA ("macro") programming. We have created sophisticated
automated processes involving complex documents and spreadsheets. This has
supported systems for financial portfolio management, equipment tracking, sales
processes, and more.
